TERMINIX SERVICE COMPANY, INC., has been doing business as Terminix Pest Control since 1947 and is a locally owned franchise of Terminix International. Terminix International was founded in 1927, operates in 567 service centers in 44 states with locations in 11 countries.

Today, as a part of the Service Master Network of Business, Terminix is one of several nationally recognized Service Master Businesses including Trugreen-Chemlawn, Merry Maids, American Home Shield, and Service Master Residential and Commercial Services.
