We have been a Terminix Nola customer for termites for years and are very happy with the service. We recently added pest control quarterly service to our contract and were extremely impressed by the quality of service by the technician, Andrew, who came out to take care of a couple of wasp nests and spray for roaches. He was very knowledgeable and explained everything he was doing to ensure I understood what was being used on the home, its safety levels, and why it was being applied. Very high quality service!

Jacob was kind, courteous, and very knowledgable. He called prior to his arrival and was right on time. He also was mindful to remove his shoes, and did so without me requesting him to, before coming into my home, which I appreciated. Would definitely recommend him and was very pleased with his services.
