I've been a customer with Terminix for 10 years, I just renewed my anti-termite contract with them. My house was trenched and treated, their tech, Cody did a great job, very thorough. Their technicians are always extremely professional and courteous, and they always do an excellent job. Add to that, their prices are competitive, and their contracts are insurance backed.
