Jacob is our Terminix technician and he is very thorough when he comes to do the Qtrly treatments. He makes sure to cover all aspects of the interior and exterior of the home. He goes above and beyond when checking the home for any potential issues that could generate a pest problem. On one of our recent visits Jacob uncovered a leak coming from our AC unit in the attic that was causing issues on our ceiling and it really saved us from further damage by him pointing it out. He is always willing to come back as necessary for maintenance and does a really good job.
