We have been a Terminix Nola customer for termites for years and are very happy with the service. We recently added pest control quarterly service to our contract and were extremely impressed by the quality of service by the technician, Andrew, who came out to take care of a couple of wasp nests and spray for roaches. He was very knowledgeable and explained everything he was doing to ensure I understood what was being used on the home, its safety levels, and why it was being applied. Very high quality service!

We needed to know if follow up was required when we found what we thought was a winged termite outside our house. Terminix has serviced our house for a while so I texted them the question. Got a very prompt response and ended up sending a picture of our bug. Elise was able to determine that it was not a termite but a Dobson fly. So very helpful and a big relief ! Thank you Elise and Terminix for such quick, expert and thoughtful response!!
