I compared prices and once Terminix applied a military discount, they were the most affordable for my family. The process I went thru was via text message but the company was responsive and scheduled me as if it were in person except I got to engage at my own convenience. We were assigned Jacob who called and scheduled and then got us in before the storm otherwise, they would have had to push us back weeks. Jacob immediately called me with a status update on everything he did within our home. He’s really respectful and prompt.

Call the office last in the evening. The office had someone the next day and he came early than the appointment time. Told us not to worry about anything. He will take care of everything. We now have a peace of mind.
