I contacted Terminix to come to my home because of the possibility of a rodent being in my attic causing my thermostat to stop working. The service technician, Jeriah, who was very nice and knowledgeable, located the problem and confirmed that there was evidence of a rodent and responded accordingly. Jeriah was thorough in assessing the rest of the outside of my house as was part of my contract.
