The Terminix technician called prior to his visit and was on time. He was able to easily diagnose that the mud on my house was not the result of termites. That in itself was a relief and reassuring. Thanks for such a quick response.

I had my annual inspection today and am pleasantly surprised at how smooth it went. I confirmed my appointment earlier in the day easily by text. The tech called about 10 minutes out and was as cordial as one could be. Fred was very respectful of my property and my time. I would most definitely recommend him and Terminex.
