The Terminix agent who visited my home was cordial, respectful and most importantly very knowledgeable. I have a new construction home that I continually see Rat droppings in the attic and I was immediately concerned. He conducted a thorough inspection and said that the majority of what I was seeing was actually lizard droppings and they appear like rat droppings to the untrained eye.
