We needed to know if follow up was required when we found what we thought was a winged termite outside our house. Terminix has serviced our house for a while so I texted them the question. Got a very prompt response and ended up sending a picture of our bug. Elise was able to determine that it was not a termite but a Dobson fly. So very helpful and a big relief !
